🔆prices are based on colors & markings you can expect to pay around $1,800-$2,200 for PET only homes on a ❌❌❌STRICT spay/ neuter contract by six months of age✖️✖

Our process

Deposits are 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣$ per reserved kitten and are non refundable

♦️♦️ We do offer breeders ,but to select approved TICA registered catteries only no exceptions.♦️deposits on breeders are $500 per reserved kitten & non refundable

Breeders sold to approved cattery only will not be permitted to sell breeders in New York State at any time and will sign a contract

**we do NOT offer stud services we are a closed cattery ** please do not ask !!

***our beautiful kittens will come home with age appropriate vaccinations/deworming and microchipped before coming home*** & they will not leave before 12 week of age

**** once a deposit is placed please schedule a pick up with us at 12 /13 weeks of age .

We release our kittens between 12 and 13 weeks of age.. if not agreed apon prior to deposit placed ahead of time for a delayed pick up

❌there is 25$ per day fee after the arranged pick up date.

boarding fee must be paid advanced

after 2nd failed pick up we reserve the right to resell and all deposits are non refunable . we will not board any longer then 3 weeks from release date between 12& 13 weeks of age .we own the right to refuse sale and resell if buyer does not pick up kittens in a timely mannor or they do not show up for pick ups
